Editing or canceling bookings
Admins have full control over managing bookings, including editing or canceling them as needed. Here’s how you can make changes or remove bookings effectively:
How to edit a booking:
- Navigate to the Bookings page.
- Find the booking you want to update and click the (…) menu next to it.
- Select Update booking.
- Make the necessary changes (e.g., time, customer details, or service).
- Save your updates.
How to cancel a booking:
- Go to the Bookings page.
- Choose the booking you wish to cancel and click the (…) menu next to it.
- Select Cancel Booking.
- The customer will be notified of the cancellation.
- The canceled booking will remain in your system for reference.
Canceling or deleting an order:
If you want to delete multiple bookings within an order and/or avoid notifying the customer, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Orders page.
- Find the order containing the bookings you want to manage and click the (…) menu next to it.
- Choose one of the following:
- Cancel order: Cancels all bookings in the order and notifies the customer.
- Delete order: Completely removes the order and its bookings without notifying the customer.
