Editing or canceling bookings

Admins have full control over managing bookings, including editing or canceling them as needed. Here’s how you can make changes or remove bookings effectively:

How to edit a booking:

  1. Navigate to the Bookings page.
  2. Find the booking you want to update and click the (…) menu next to it.
  3. Select Update booking.
  4. Make the necessary changes (e.g., time, customer details, or service).
  5. Save your updates.

How to cancel a booking:

  1. Go to the Bookings page.
  2. Choose the booking you wish to cancel and click the (…) menu next to it.
  3. Select Cancel Booking.
    • The customer will be notified of the cancellation.
    • The canceled booking will remain in your system for reference.

Canceling or deleting an order:

If you want to delete multiple bookings within an order and/or avoid notifying the customer, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Orders page.
  2. Find the order containing the bookings you want to manage and click the (…) menu next to it.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Cancel order: Cancels all bookings in the order and notifies the customer.
    • Delete order: Completely removes the order and its bookings without notifying the customer.
