Offer different ticket tiers for events and courses

Easily create different ticket prices for the same event or course to meet various customer needs.

How to add pricing options:

  1. Create or edit an event:
    • Open the event or course you want to configure.

      Enable pricing options:

    • Turn on the Custom pricing options setting.

      Add ticket types:

    • Click + Add pricing option.
    • Fill out the following:
      • Name: Example: "VIP Ticket" or "Standard Ticket."
      • Number of slots: Set how many tickets are available for this option.
      • Price: Enter the price for this ticket.
    • These options will replace the event's default pricing and slots.

      Limit by resource (optional):

    • Use the Limit by resource capacity option if tickets depend on a specific resource, like a room type.
    • Select the resource to ensure tickets match the resource's availability (e.g., "Deluxe Room" tickets limited by the number of available deluxe rooms).

      Edit pricing after event creation:

    • Once the event is created, you can adjust or add pricing options anytime in the Payment & Checkout tab.

Example use case:

  • Music concert:
    • VIP Ticket: 50 slots at $100 each.
    • General Admission: 200 slots at $50 each.
  • Workshop with room types:
    • Deluxe Room: 10 slots at $200 each (limited by room availability).
    • Standard Room: 20 slots at $150 each.
