Adding and managing customer comments
Using comments helps you organize customer details, prioritize key information, and provide a more personalized experience.
Easily add custom remarks to a customer’s profile as follows:
How to add a comment to a customer's profile:
- Navigate to the Customers section in your dashboard.
- Select the customer you want to add a comment to.
- Go to the Activity tab and click + Add Comment.
- Enter your remark (up to 400 characters) and save it.
- The comment will be stored in the customer’s activity list.
How to pin a comment:
- Locate the comment in the activity list.
- Click the pin icon to pin the comment to the top of the activity stream.
- Pinned comments are perfect for highlighting important information that requires special attention.
- How to delete a comment or activity:
- Navigate to the comment or activity in the list.
- Click the trash icon next to it to delete it.
