Adding and managing customer comments

Using comments helps you organize customer details, prioritize key information, and provide a more personalized experience.

Easily add custom remarks to a customer’s profile as follows:

How to add a comment to a customer's profile:

  1. Navigate to the Customers section in your dashboard.
  2. Select the customer you want to add a comment to.
  3. Go to the Activity tab and click + Add Comment.
  4. Enter your remark (up to 400 characters) and save it.
    • The comment will be stored in the customer’s activity list.

How to pin a comment:

  1. Locate the comment in the activity list.
  2. Click the pin icon to pin the comment to the top of the activity stream.
    • Pinned comments are perfect for highlighting important information that requires special attention.
  3. How to delete a comment or activity:
    • Navigate to the comment or activity in the list.
    • Click the trash icon next to it to delete it.
