Setting up staff resources
Configuring a resource as "Staff" lets you manage staff members separately from other resource types, like rooms or equipment. This helps keep your resources page organized and makes it easier to view and manage your staff.
How to Set Up Staff Resources:
- Navigate to the resource you want to modify, click it, and go to the Basic Information tab.
- Activate the setting Staff Member.
- This ensures the resource will appear under the Staff View on the resources page.
- Assign services:
- Under Linked Services, select the services the staff member will be available for.
- Click Save to finalize the changes.
Your staff resource will now be listed separately, allowing for easier management and better organization.
