Grouping resources

Organizing your resources into groups enhances clarity and navigation, making it simpler for both admins and clients to locate what they need.

How to group resources:

  1. Navigate to the Settings of the resource you want to group.
  2. In the Basic information tab, find the Group section.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Select an existing group: Pick a group from the dropdown menu.
    • Create a new group: Click + Create Group, enter a name for the group (e.g., "Meeting Rooms" or "Fitness Equipment"), and save it.
  4. Save your changes to apply the grouping.
